Warranty

All products purchased from LOUUR are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty is provided in addition to your statutory rights and ensures that, should your product fail due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Conditions

The warranty is valid only if the item has been used under normal conditions and for its intended purpose.

Warranty claims must be made within 2 years of the date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.

The item must not have been altered or repaired by a third party; doing so will void the warranty.

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to validate any warranty claim.

Warranty service can only be offered after a thorough inspection of the item by the LOUUR team to confirm the fault is due to a manufacturing defect.

The turnaround time for warranty evaluations and repairs may take approximately 45–60 days, including shipping and processing.

Exclusions From Warranty

Please note that normal wear and tear—including scratches, abrasion, and coating wear—are not covered under the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to:

Fading or wear of gold vermeil or other surface coatings

Discolouration due to exposure to chemicals (e.g., perfumes, cleaning agents, lotions, or sunscreens)

Damage caused by water, sweat, or physical activities such as sports, swimming, or showering while wearing the item

Stone loss caused by wear or impact rather than a manufacturing defect

In such cases, paid maintenance or repair services may be offered.
