Our Policy
Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be returned unused or altered in any way and in their original packaging.
We currently don't offer exchanges for orders outside the United Kingdom
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
18K solid gold products are made to order and may not be exchanged or returned.
We are offering a 10% bonus for our customers who opt for a Store Credit.
To initiate a return, please email contact@louur.com with your order number the item you wish to return and the reason for your return.
UK customers may request a return label with the cost of return shipping deducted from your final refund.
International
Customers may ship returns using a safe, trackable method and provide our team with tracking information

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping proof of shipment.
Please note: All refunds and exchanges may only be processed based on your order receipt and align with amount paid at the original time of purchase.
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
