Each piece of our  jewelry is handcrafted and requires delicate care. To maintain long lasting  beauty of your pieces, we recommend you do not bathe, or shower in your jewelry.  After each wear, gently wipe away any dirt and store inside the LOUUR pouch to prevent tarnishing.

Returns and exchanges must be initiated and postmarked within 10 days of receiving your order. please note We currently don't offer exchanges for International orders.

Gold vermeil (pronounced ver-may) is a premium form of gold plating that uses a thick layer of gold over sterling silver. At Louur, we use 24-karat gold—the purest available—and guarantee a minimum thickness of 2.5 microns on every piece.

This makes our vermeil jewelry significantly more durable and luxurious than standard gold-plated pieces, which typically use less than 0.5 microns of gold over base metals like brass.
